Camino al Arte is a cultural organization that produces events, exhibitions, live performances, providing support to local artists and communities. We bring together artists to create, share, and produce art that, at it’s core, connects and strengthens community bonds.
Since its establishment in 2015, Camino al Arte has curated and produced music concerts, art exhibitions, and performances throughout New York City. Through our dynamic programming, we have fostered collaborations among musicians, visual artists, dancers, choreographers, and DJs who share our passion for serving communities across the city.
Over the years, we expanded our services to include educational trips to Cuba, offering students an opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of this country while gaining knowledge of the language, arts and music that is unique to this country.
New in 2024 is our Artist Residency program, a retreat among natural settings, providing an environment conducive to creativity, inspiration and focused work.
Bringing Music to Schools
Camino al Arte provides free music workshops to high school students, teaching Afro-Latinx culture, while also instructing them in playing the diverse music and vibrant sounds of the Caribbean and Americas.

Artists Residency Program
Camino al Arte offers a tranquil and sustainable environment for artists and musicians to come together. It is a space for creativity and community, where artists from diverse backgrounds and disciplines can come together and focus on their creative endeavors.
Our Artists residence is located in a historic property situated on 50-acres of private land in the town of Fredericksburg, VA. The natural setting provides a conducive place for creativity, inspiration and focused work.
Our Artists Residency program offers a sanctuary for artists to recharge, refocus, enjoy nature and let creativity flow.

Live Performances & Exhibitions
Since its inception in 2015, Camino al Arte has produced and organized 100+ live concerts, 10 art exhibitions, and 40 dance performances in the United States. We have produced events in locales spanning from the most prominent live music venues in New York City, to community arts organizations, museums and art institutions. We focus on creating opportunities for independent artists, while also helping small businesses thrive.
Educational Travel to Cuba
Our Educational Travel Program is a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Cuba while gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the Spanish language, music, art, dance, and theater. The program offers a comprehensive educational experience that combines classroom learning with hands-on activities and cultural excursions.

Documenting, Storytelling, and Teaching Music History
Art and storytelling are intricately linked. Camino al Arte produces and supports documentaries, lectures, performances, and pedagogy that educates and explores art through storytelling.
We offer workshops for higher education as well as cultural institutions, and are currently developing a live musical production, La Timba Saga.
